Simply put, Sendero Business Services is the path to our business partners' success. And at Sendero, your career will follow a clearly defined path to your own success.

This path is defined by five job title classifications: Associate, Analyst, Manager, Principal, and Partner. Each client engagement will provide unique challenges and opportunities, and will be the basis for your growth as a consultant. Along with real-world client projects, each consultant is expected to be proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities throughout his or her career and to share knowledge with peers and more junior consultants.

It is our belief that our shared success is dependent on each consultant possessing versatility in their knowledge, skill set, and capabilities. This requires our consultants to be well-rounded, with equal focus on technology and business domains during the early stages of their careers. As they progress, consultants will have the opportunity to choose an area of specialization within one of our service areas: Strategy and Business Management, Human Performance Consulting, or Technology.

Our client philosophy is centered on the concept of building relationships, working hard, and achieving significant business results. From the start, you will be provided with the opportunity to participate in this process and will be expected to contribute in meaningful ways to successful outcomes for our business partners.

Stage One Interviews

Initial discussions will be conducted at selected university campuses. The goals will be to learn about the candidate's educational background and provide information about Sendero so that both parties can determine if there might be a fit. We will assess experience and look for characteristics that our successful consultants demonstrate, including:

  • versatility
  • ability to learn quickly
  • teamwork
  • desire for challenge
  • professionalism

Stage Two Interviews

Stage Two interviews will be conducted either on campus or at Sendero's corporate offices. Candidates should expect at least two in-depth interviews, one around business and technical skills, and another related to our behavioral profile. During this interview, candidates will have the opportunity to meet other associates, analysts, managers, principals, and partners.
