Sendero values the experience of seasoned professionals, especially those with a consulting background relevant to one of our service areas: Strategy and Business Management, Human Performance, or Technology. We are actively recruiting at all levels of our organization to enable us to grow and meet increasing client demands. The experienced professionals we hire will be expected to take on a wide variety of roles, both internal and with clients. They will be asked to contribute in ways that leverage their experience and help move our organization forward.
Initial discussions may be conducted over the phone or in person. The goals will be to learn about the candidate's background and provide information about Sendero so that both parties can determine if there might be a fit. We will assess experience and look for characteristics that our successful consultants demonstrate, including:
Candidates should expect at least two in-depth interviews, one around business and technical skills, and another related to our behavioral profile.
During the final round of interviews, candidates will meet recruiters, managers, and principals and/or partners at the Sendero headquarters in Dallas. Each person will provide a different view of Sendero and how his or her role relates to the candidate's potential position. All will be available to answer questions.
