Technical Architecture Management |
Effective management of system resources is often left to the technical development teams on a project. This approach typically leads to conflict between the application development group and support teams (e.g., Windows Administrators, UNIX Administrators, Network Administrators, etc.) within a project. Sendero has proven experience implementing rigorous technical architecture management teams within our clients' development teams and ensuring that all environments are effectively designed, implemented, managed, and controlled.
A robust technical architecture (i.e., servers, environments, processes, communications, requirements, diagrams, etc.) is the canvas upon which the development teams apply their paints (i.e., programs). Without this basic, fundamental architecture it is very difficult for any development effort (custom or package) to be successful. We will bring proven processes, tools, and templates that will assist in managing the large volume of changes that typify most large-scale development efforts.
